MY Consultants have been involved in online learning for over 20 years – including running online workshops and developing and delivering online MSc Programmes at two UK universities (to students from all over the world). Since the Covid-19 Pandemic we have been able to move our delivery online and are able to offer:
- Discussion based synchronous workshops for groups up to 20 participants. During these sessions we make extensive use of online collaboration tools (e.g. Mentimeter and Padlet) as well as breakout rooms to create meaningful interactive sessions for participants.
- Webinar format sessions for larger groups with interaction being enabled through breakout rooms and polling. These sessions are more suitable for content rich training.
- Group facilitation exploring a wide range of issues including team working, strategic decision making, and action learning. Within this work we make use of a range of online facilitation tools to ensure rich interactions between participants.
- We have a developed a VLE where we are hosting blended (asynchronous / synchronous) programmes. Through the VLE we have delivered both open courses and bespoke programmes – including a research project management programme.
We can deliver all of our programmes / coaching and facilitation online – please ask how we can help you.
Feedback on our online learning:
“I found the level of interaction in the break-out rooms very useful. I also enjoyed that we could learn from the content on moodle and come to the webinars to build on this learning.” Open Programme Participant
“Thanks for a very useful session. (I wasn’t sure what the experience of remote training would be like, and how comfortable I would feel, but it all worked well from my point of view, and was as good as face to face.) And I now have a plan for a conversation I REALLY need to have!” Synchronous difficult conversation participant.
“I just wanted to touch base with you following the team session with Robin yesterday. The team agreed that it was a wonderful session and was what we all needed – positive, focused, motivating and engaging.” Team leader – online group facilitation.
